• See our artwork instructions page to ensure your files are setup correctly

• Your maximum file submission must be no more than 400MB
• For best performance and quicker upload time we suggest you compress your file to reduce its size as a Stuffit (.sit) or Zipped (.zip) archive
• Your (.sit) or (.zip) file name must not contain any spaces

• To upload a file via FTP, you will first need an FTP program
• For PC we suggest FlashFXP   download
• For Mac we suggest Transmit   download

• You will firstly need to contact us to book in your job
• We will then create a job folder on our FTP site and forward you the relevant upload information

• You must email us at artwork_delivery@theshowman.com.au to let us know your files are uploaded
• This email must also contain any instructions you may have and a low resolution pdf of your artwork for reference

• Upload time is dependent on the upstream speed set by your ISP provider
• You can also supply us with artwork on CD/DVD accompanied by a colour laser print
