Documents must be supplied as one of the following file types: Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign (.ai), or hi-res PDF (NB: Colour control cannot be provided with PDFs.)
Artwork to be set out on a single page at 100% of the display size
Include crop marks and guides to indicate splits between panels, where applicable
Include 10mm bleed
Convert all text/fonts to outline
Ensure all scans/images are converted to CMYK and are at least 72dpi when used at 100% or smaller in your artwork file (NB: If you enlarge images within your artwork file they must be larger than 72dpi)
All images must be linked to the artwork file, not embedded and therefore also supplied for printing
Logos should ideally be vector art, if not, follow directions above for images
All PMS/spot colours must be clearly indicated
Files to be supplied via FTP or CD/DVD
A colour print-out must accompany all CD/DVD artwork or a low resolution pdf to accompany FTP files
